Our rapid delivery of your wire EDM job can beat any schedule!
It doesn’t matter where you are located. We meet the demanding
schedules of customers in 48 states and four countries for prototype and
production EDM.
The most important question you have, as a customer, when outsourcing
precision wire EDM work is “How long will it take?” With more
than 50 high-speed Mitsubishi wire EDM machines, we can offer you the
fastest production available anywhere. We can accept almost any electronic
design file, and when a customer furnishes stock, we will wirecut a sample
finished part within a few hours and ship it out on the next available
flight. We can prove an EDM part in less than 12 hours.

After you approve the final design, production can begin almost immediately.
While we were proving the part, we were also determining the optimum number
of wire EDM machines that would be needed to run the parts most efficiently.
Because EDM cutting speed is relatively low compared to other machining
processes, the operator interface, setup, and planning take on an increased
importance. Adron emphasizes planning with the result that, without affecting
on-time completion of smaller projects, we can allocate a group of machines
to cutting huge, “hot” jobs.
Our electrical discharge machines operate 24/7 and at high speeds up
to 33 sq. in. per hour. Each of our 50+ wire EDM machines logs an average
of 70+ hours of cutting time per week. To give you an idea how many wire
EDM jobs we complete, each year we consume enough wire to circle the Earth
2.5 times. We have further minimized delivery times by negotiating agreements
with various shippers.
Adron serves major component and equipment manufacturers in almost every
industry, including, aerospace, electronics, defense, energy, medical,
automotive, nuclear, and consumer products with individualized, efficient
service. Our remarkably short lead times benefit all our customers. Let
us put the Adron advantage to work for you, too.
